Shipping & Delivery

Where we deliver

Pawniko currently accepts orders for delivery within the United States. Enter your U.S. delivery address at checkout to see the options available for your order.

Free shipping to the United States

Shipping is free on orders delivered within the United States, with no minimum order value. The shipping charge is $0; applicable sales taxes, if any, are shown separately at checkout.

Estimated delivery time

Delivery timing varies by product, selected option and delivery address. Read the estimate shown on the product page. When an estimate is described as carrier transit after dispatch, order processing time is additional; it is not the total time from placing an order to delivery. For the current processing time and total delivery estimate for your chosen item, contact support@pawniko.com before ordering.

The automatic litter box is currently unavailable to order while product and delivery checks are completed.

Holiday orders

We do not currently offer a verified Christmas delivery cutoff. Ask us to confirm the processing time and delivery estimate for your selected product before placing a time-sensitive order.

Delivery updates and delayed orders

Check the order and shipping messages you receive for updates. If your delivery is late or you cannot find an update, email support@pawniko.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout so we can review your order.

Address changes and cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs correcting or you wish to cancel. We will check the order status. Changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed once processing or shipment is underway.

Damaged, incorrect or missing items

Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. Clear photos may help us review the problem. Read our return and refund policy for return instructions and applicable remedies.
