These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to purchases of physical pet accessories through pawniko.com, operated by SAYMANS LLC (“Pawniko,” “we,” “us”). Please read them before ordering. They preserve all rights and remedies that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

This is our business contact address, not an authorization to send product returns there. Contact us for the appropriate return destination.

2. Scope, eligibility and U.S. sales

These Terms govern consumer purchases intended for personal or household use. Our sales offer is intended for customers and delivery addresses in the United States. Eligible delivery addresses and available services are shown at checkout. You must have legal capacity to enter into the transaction or act with the authorization of a person who does. Resale, wholesale and international orders require a separate agreement.

3. Products and selection

Review the selected model, color, size, dimensions, intended use, included accessories and any electrical specifications before ordering. An option described as a replacement part is not a complete device. Photos may show props not included in the stated contents. Screen settings may affect color appearance, but this does not excuse a materially inaccurate description or delivery of the wrong item. We do not substitute a materially different item without your agreement.

Pet suitability depends on the individual animal and the product instructions. Product descriptions are not veterinary advice. We make no treatment or disease-prevention promise unless expressly stated and substantiated.

4. Prices, taxes and promotions

Prices for U.S. purchases are in U.S. dollars. Review the final total, applicable taxes and any disclosed delivery charges before submitting the order. No optional extra will be charged without your agreement. Prices may change for future purchases; a later change does not alter an accepted order.

Discounts are subject to the eligibility, thresholds, validity and combination rules disclosed for the offer. The checkout summary shows the discount applied. If an advertised eligible discount does not appear, contact us before payment. We may investigate fraudulent use without withdrawing a lawful consumer entitlement. A genuine, obvious pricing error may be addressed as permitted by applicable law; we will notify you and refund any amount due if an affected order is lawfully cancelled.

5. Ordering and agreement

Before placing an order, check the items, quantities, variants, delivery address, contact information and total. Submitting the order requests the purchase and authorizes the displayed payment. An automated receipt acknowledges that we received it. We confirm acceptance through an express acceptance notice or shipment confirmation, subject to applicable law and any earlier binding commitment made at checkout. These Terms do not give us an unrestricted right to cancel an accepted order.

We may decline an order for a legitimate reason such as unavailable stock, failed payment authorization, a delivery destination we do not serve or reasonably substantiated fraud. We will notify you and promptly return any payment due for an order we cannot fulfill. Keep the order confirmation and the version of these Terms applicable when you ordered.

6. Payment and security

The payment methods actually available are those shown at checkout. Any installment option is subject to the payment provider’s eligibility and separately disclosed terms. We do not guarantee approval. You must be authorized to use the chosen method. Do not send card numbers, security codes, passwords or account credentials by email or contact form. Payment authorization issues may prevent processing; any required clarification will be communicated to you.

7. Shipping, delivery and delays

The shipment or delivery timeframe communicated before your order forms part of the transaction. We must have a reasonable basis for shipment promises. When no shipment timeframe is stated, we follow the applicable federal requirement concerning shipment within 30 days. This rule concerns shipment, not a promise that every package will arrive within 30 days.

If we cannot ship within the applicable timeframe, we will provide the delay notice required by the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, explain your cancellation and refund options, and seek consent when required. Where consent is required and is not obtained, we will cancel and promptly refund as required. We will not treat every customer’s silence as consent to an indefinite or repeated delay.

Provide an accurate address and contact us promptly about corrections. A correction may no longer be possible after dispatch. Responsibility for loss or damage is determined by the transaction and applicable law; these Terms do not automatically transfer every shipping risk to you when we hand a parcel to a carrier. Contact us about a missing, damaged or incorrectly delivered parcel so we can investigate and provide the remedy due.

8. Cancellation, returns and refunds

For a cancellation request, email us promptly with your order number. We will check whether processing or dispatch can be stopped. This practical limitation does not restrict cancellation rights arising from delayed shipment, nonperformance or other applicable law.

Our Return and Refund Policy offers a 30-day change-of-mind return request window, subject to its disclosed conditions, and explains return costs and refund processing. Please review it before purchase. A request for an optional return is distinct from a claim concerning a defective, unsafe, misdescribed or incorrect product.

For an item problem, tell us the order number, affected item and issue. Photos may help our review but are not an absolute condition on a statutory remedy. Stop using an unsafe product. Any remedy, return cost allocation and refund timing must comply with applicable law and the commitments made for your purchase. We will not impose a restocking fee or require original packaging where doing so would unlawfully defeat your rights. Where a refund is due, we normally use the original payment method unless a different lawful arrangement is agreed. Your bank’s posting time is separate from our obligation to issue the refund.

9. Warranties and product remedies

Applicable express and implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose where applicable, remain available. Nothing here is an “as is” disclaimer or a blanket exclusion of warranties. A written manufacturer or seller warranty applies only where actually offered; its terms must be available as required before purchase. These Terms do not invent an additional fixed warranty period or override a written warranty.

Ordinary wear or damage caused solely by misuse may affect a claim to the extent permitted by law. We will not automatically reject a claim solely because you used an independent repair provider or a third-party accessory. Contact us for assessment and the remedy required by applicable law.

10. Safe and appropriate use

Follow the supplied instructions and warnings. Select accessories appropriate for the animal’s size and coat, supervise use where required, inspect for damage and keep electrical devices away from water unless their specifications expressly allow the relevant use. Feeding enrichment products are not automatically chew toys. Stop use if an accessory breaks or causes distress. Do not assume an EU-plug appliance works safely on a U.S. supply; check the exact voltage and plug specifications. Your obligations to use products appropriately do not waive claims for defects or inadequate warnings.

11. Liability and events outside our control

Each party’s responsibility is determined under applicable law. We do not exclude liability for fraud, unlawful deceptive practices, injury caused by a defective product, or any other responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded. We do not impose a universal liability cap equal to the purchase price.

An event outside reasonable control may affect performance only to the extent recognized by applicable law. We will communicate material interruptions. This provision does not erase shipment-delay notices, cancellation rights, refund obligations or other mandatory remedies.

12. Personal information and communications

We use order information to handle purchases, delivery, support and legal obligations as described in the store’s applicable privacy notice. Rkia El Hamdaouy is the designated contact for data-protection questions on behalf of SAYMANS LLC; email support@pawniko.com. Transactional emails do not by themselves constitute consent to marketing. Marketing choices and legally available privacy rights remain separate from accepting these Terms.

13. Website content and honest reviews

Website text, photographs, branding and other content are protected where applicable. You may retain information needed for your own purchase and exercise lawful rights. These Terms do not prohibit honest reviews, require a positive review or impose a penalty for lawful criticism. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its security or submit fraudulent transactions.

14. Applicable law and disputes

New Mexico law and applicable U.S. federal law govern these Terms, subject to conflict-of-laws rules and mandatory protections applicable to the consumer’s transaction, including protections under the law of the consumer’s state where required. The choice of New Mexico law does not remove those protections.

You may contact us to seek an informal resolution. This is not a mandatory precondition that limits a filing deadline or blocks an available remedy. Disputes may be brought before a court with lawful jurisdiction. These Terms do not require binding arbitration, waive jury-trial or class-action rights, or impose an exclusive New Mexico forum on every customer. You may also contact a relevant consumer-protection authority.

15. Changes, severability and contact

Changes apply to future orders unless a change is legally required or separately agreed. The version applicable to your purchase and the commitments made before ordering govern that transaction. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective only to the extent lawful. A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion is not automatically a permanent waiver.
