Privacy policy
Last updated: October 5, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes personal-information processing for Pawniko at pawniko.com, operated by SAYMANS LLC. It covers browsing, purchases, customer accounts where available, communications, returns and related services. Our store is powered by Shopify.
1. Contact and responsibility
SAYMANS LLC / Pawniko
1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste R, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States
Email: support@pawniko.com
Phone: +1 505-528-0780
Data-protection contact: Rkia El Hamdaouy, on behalf of SAYMANS LLC. For a privacy request, email support@pawniko.com.
2. Information involved
- Contact and delivery details: name, email, phone number, billing and shipping addresses.
- Order and transaction information: products, selected options, purchases, returns, refunds, payment status and transaction identifiers.
- Account information and preferences, if you create or use an account.
- Communications: questions, support requests, order issues and information you choose to provide.
- Device and usage information: IP address, browser, device identifiers, pages viewed, interactions and cookie-related information.
- Payment information processed by Shopify and payment providers as necessary for your selected method. Our access depends on the provider and ordinarily includes transaction details and limited payment identifiers, rather than every payment credential entered at checkout.
We do not ask for sensitive information unrelated to your request. Do not email full card numbers, security codes, passwords or Social Security numbers.
3. Sources
Information comes directly from you, automatically from your interactions with the store, and from Shopify, payment providers, delivery and fulfillment providers and other service providers involved in the services you use. Advertising or analytics integrations, where enabled, can also collect device and interaction information.
Our store has Shopify Messaging and DSers–AliExpress Dropshipping installed. When used for customer communications or order fulfillment, these services and the relevant suppliers may receive the contact, order and delivery information needed for that purpose. Installation alone does not mean every feature is enabled. Suppliers and fulfillment providers should receive only information needed to fulfill or support the order; they do not need your full payment credentials.
4. Purposes
We use relevant information to process orders and payments, arrange delivery, provide customer support, manage returns and accounts, send transactional communications, prevent fraud, maintain and improve the store, and meet legal and accounting obligations. Marketing and personalized advertising, where used, are subject to applicable choices and consent requirements. Accepting sales terms or placing an order does not by itself consent to every marketing channel.
5. Disclosure
Relevant information may be disclosed to Shopify, payment processors, fulfillment and shipping providers, technical support and other service providers needed to operate the store. Where marketing or advertising features are used, device and interaction information may be disclosed to the relevant partners. Such disclosure can be a “sale,” “sharing” or targeted advertising under some state privacy laws even when no money is paid for the data. This policy does not claim that no such sharing occurs.
We may also disclose information at your direction, to meet a lawful request, protect legal rights and security, or in connection with an actual business transaction such as a merger, subject to applicable safeguards. Disclosure must remain consistent with applicable law.
6. Shopify
Shopify processes information to provide and improve its platform. Where Shopify enhanced features are used, it may process information from interactions with this store and other merchants for its own platform purposes. Shopify explains its role and available rights in its Consumer Privacy Policy and privacy portal. A request about Shopify’s independent processing may need to be made directly to Shopify.
7. Cookies and privacy choices
Cookies and similar technologies support essential store functions, preferences and, where enabled, analytics and advertising. Browser settings can limit cookies; blocking essential cookies may affect checkout or other functions. Available store privacy controls can be used to manage relevant choices.
Use Your Privacy Choices / Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information or email us to request an applicable opt-out. Where legally required, Global Privacy Control and other recognized universal opt-out signals must be honored for the associated browser or device. A device-level preference may not identify an account or apply to every other device. Contact us if a control is unavailable or does not reflect your choice.
8. State privacy rights
Depending on your state of residence, the law’s applicability and its exceptions, you may have rights to access or know information, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, obtain a portable copy, or opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising or specified profiling. Additional rights concerning sensitive information or an appeal of a denied request may apply. We do not represent that every state law applies to every business or every request.
Submit requests to support@pawniko.com or use the linked privacy choices. We may verify identity using information reasonably necessary for the request. An authorized agent may be asked for proof of authorization and any verification allowed by law. We will respond within applicable legal deadlines, explain permitted denials, and provide an appeal route where required. You can send an appeal to the same email with “Privacy appeal” in the subject. We will not unlawfully discriminate or retaliate for exercising privacy rights. You may also contact the appropriate state authority.
Access, correction and account changes
You may contact us to review or correct information you have supplied, including contact and delivery details. An address change cannot always be applied after dispatch. Account controls, where available, can also be used to update information. We may retain records needed for legal obligations, fraud prevention or disputes even after a permitted deletion request, and explain applicable exceptions.
9. Communications
Use the unsubscribe link in promotional emails or contact us to change marketing preferences. Order confirmations, delivery notices and other necessary transactional communications may continue. For commercial email covered by CAN-SPAM, we will honor opt-out requests within 10 business days, without requiring payment or information beyond what is necessary to process the request. Necessary transactional messages may continue subject to the law governing their content. Any SMS program, if offered, must provide its own required disclosures and opt-out instructions.
10. Retention and security
Retention depends on the information’s purpose, order and account needs, legal recordkeeping, dispute resolution and fraud prevention. We retain information only as needed for legitimate purposes and applicable obligations rather than promising one universal retention period. We must use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information and applicable law. No system is completely secure; that does not remove legal security or breach-notification duties.
11. Children
The store is intended for adult purchasers and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can assess and take the required action. We do not knowingly collect children’s information in violation of applicable law. Requirements concerning minors and consent for sale or sharing apply where legally relevant.
12. Location and external sites
Service providers may store or process information in the United States or other countries. Applicable transfer obligations remain in force. Third-party websites and payment services have their own privacy policies. Information posted publicly in a review may be visible to others; avoid including private details.
13. Updates
We will revise this policy when necessary, update its date and provide additional notice or obtain consent where required. A policy update does not authorize retroactive use inconsistent with applicable law. Contact support@pawniko.com with any question.
14. European data protection rights, where applicable
Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation applies to our processing, SAYMANS LLC is the controller for the store activities described in this notice. Processing necessary to handle a purchase or a pre-purchase request is based on performance of a contract or steps requested before entering into one. Legal recordkeeping is based on applicable legal obligations. General enquiries, security and fraud prevention may be based on our legitimate interests in responding to customers and operating a secure store, subject to your rights. Newsletter and promotional email subscriptions are based on consent where required. Optional analytics and advertising cookies require consent where applicable law requires it.
You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. A support request does not subscribe you to promotional emails, and you do not have to agree to marketing to contact us or buy a product. Use the unsubscribe link in marketing emails or email support@pawniko.com.
Subject to the conditions of applicable law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing, including direct marketing. Email support@pawniko.com. We respond without undue delay and normally within one month; a permitted extension of up to two further months requires notice within the first month and an explanation. You may lodge a complaint with your competent supervisory authority, including the authority in the EU country where you live or work.
Fields identified as required are needed to handle the relevant request or subscription. Optional fields may be left blank. Retention follows the purpose and legal-need criteria described in section 10. Information may be processed outside the EEA, including in the United States. Where GDPR transfer rules apply, the relevant transfer must use a valid legal mechanism, such as an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate contractual safeguards where required. Contact us for information about the safeguards applicable to your data. This notice does not state that every service provider is certified under an adequacy framework.
